**ABOUT THE ROLE**
As a Corporate Services Facilitator at Spurgeons, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of essential administrative and health and safety functions that directly impact the lives of children, young people, and families. Your contributions will be vital in creating a safe, organised, and effective environment, empowering our dedicated staff to deliver high-quality services to the communities we serve. You will assist the Corporate Services Business Partner in various responsibilities, from overseeing utilities management to facilitating health and safety training, ensuring compliance with regulations and promoting sustainability. In this diverse role, you will collaborate with contractors and suppliers, handle incoming queries, and ensure all health and safety documentation is up to date. You’ll also be involved in incident report investigations and documentation, providing crucial administrative support across various departments. As you engage with colleagues and promote awareness of organisational policies, you will become a vital conduit for communication within Spurgeons.
**ABOUT YOU**
We’re looking for a passionate and detail-oriented individual to join us as a Corporate Services Facilitator. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are excited about making a positive impact on children, young people, and families. With a solid background in administrative support and health and safety compliance, you bring valuable knowledge and experience to the role. Your proactive approach and problem-solving skills will help ensure our operations run smoothly. You excel at managing multiple tasks while maintaining a keen eye for detail, whether coordinating with contractors, handling inquiries, or ensuring documentation is accurate and up to date. Strong communication skills enable you to effectively liaise with various departments, promoting a culture of safety and adherence to best practices.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: £13.49 per hour
Expected hours: 15 per week
