We are looking for qualified, experienced Financial/Wealth Advisors with a minimum of 2 years’ industry experience to join our team.

You will have a strong motivation to develop your business, natural interest, and understanding of developments in private wealth and investment management. We have extensive experience in developing individuals from an employed role and transitioning them into business owners of their own wealth management business. You will receive coaching from some of the most experienced and respected individuals in the wealth management industry.

**Requirements**:

- Qualified with a QCF Level 4 Diploma
- Advisory experience
- Demonstrate how you have built and maintained a client base
- Deep desire to grow and succeed
- Team player who wants to work with us to continue to build our successful Practice

**Highly Competitive Package**
- The firm has a strong culture of developing and nurturing its advisers with a track record of achieving earnings between £100,000 to £400,000_
- The package includes the following: _
- Remuneration equivalent to 70% - 80% of new revenue
- Comprehensive training and development program
- Work from anywhere in the UK
- Middle office and back-office support - based in Canary Wharf
- Provide qualified leads
- Operational costs covered
- Option of employed roles and self-employed with financial support for subsistence and marketing costs
- A clear pathway to equity and client base ownership

**Salary**: £100,000.00-£400,000.00 per year
