Job Description: An exciting opening has arisen in our Housekeeping department for a highly motivated team player with excellent communication skills and a flair for delivering outstanding service.

The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the general cleanliness of areas within the hotel and the management of Room Attendants.

As Housekeeping Supervisor it is your responsibility to ensure that all guest bedrooms are maintained and serviced to the highest of standards, ensuring consistency throughout.

The role will also involve the allocation of rooms to Room Attendants, liaising with other departments within the hotel to ensure guests requests and maintenance issues are appropriately met, on the job training of Room Attendants, and generally supportingthe Housekeeping management team.

Ability to work a variety of shifts, including earlies, lates, weekends and evenings

Good level of English

Previous experience of working in a hotel would be desirable

Right to work in the UK

Previous Supervisory experience would be desirable
