**Technical Operational Assistant**
**25hrs per week can be flexible with hours between Monday to Friday**
- As part of the Puddings team, you will provide administration support to technical and operations teams
- Provide full systems support to the Puddings office. Following all company food safety and hygiene procedures. Manage systems, information and document support to operational and technical teams using our Product testing systems and relevant data management systems. Timely circulation of information to management team. Producing reports, highlighting any discrepancies and communicate effectively with all teams.
- Manage the supply of company paperwork to operational teams, stock take sheets, any support documents and recording information. Complete product non-conformance sheets for any production challenges. Manage the waste management, pest management, customer complaints data and communicate the information to operations and technical. Ensure that all required paperwork is made available and is stored as per administration schedule.
**What you will need**
- Good level of IT skills in Word, Excel and Outlook and a keenness to learn.
- A knowledge of, and passion for health and safety, food safety and administration is key to this role.
- passion, enthusiasm, great attention to detail, ability to communicate and a willingness to “get stuck in”
- A great verbal and written communicator with a high standard of spoken and written English.
- Be operations focused and have a good understanding of working in a food production environment.
- Highly organised with an eye for detail.
- Able to build and develop good working relationships.
- Confidence in new situations and the ability to work well under pressure.
- The ability to solve problems and implement practical solutions.
- Be able to work well within a team, have great energy and a flexible ‘can do’ attitude.
- Overall, being a team player, who is willing to help out with any tasks that the site requires.

- Ensure your team represent the brand at all times through their service, standard of dress and communication with customers.
- Develop excellence in cash handling and weekly reporting to ensure our Central functions receive the information they require.
- Review your service levels regularly and plan local marketing where necessary.
- Checking in deliveries and placing orders. Accountable for accurate stock taking every period.
