Hours/Salary
- For this role of the Factory Operative, this is weekend working 12-hour shifts on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, 3 weeks on and 1 week off.
- Shifts available are day shift (7am
- 7pm), night shift (7pm to 7am) or alternating days/nights
- Shift premiums applied
- days 20%, nights 45%, and alternating days/nights 33%**Salary**: £10.50-12.00 DOE
- Day rate after uplift £13.13
- Nights after uplift £19.09
- Alternating shifts £15.67**Responsibilities**:

- Working in a busy production environment, as a factory operative you will responsible for:
- Receiving and checking materials for production ( Full training provided)
- Set machine in accordance with requirements ( Full training provided)
- Ensure quality is to standard ( Full training provided)
- Complete records and documentation as required ( Full training provided)
- Operate a range of engineering manufacturing machinery ( Full training provided)

**Requirements**:
- Factory/ industrial or manufacturing background preferred however not required
