The Patient Allocation Administrator is a key member of the Professional Services team in the School of Dentistry. The focus of the role is to support clinical activity undertaken by students within the Liverpool University Dental Hospital. This is an exciting and varied role, with the opportunity to work with staff at all levels.
Reporting to the School Manager, you will provide excellent service to students, supporting them throughout their studies. You will act as first point of contact for students, staff and NHS colleagues, regarding all matters relating to clinical coordination. The management of patient databases is key to this role, including data entry, patient allocation and discharge. As part of the wider Professional Services Team, you will support other administrative functions and events such as assessments, interviews, graduation, student registration and welcome back activities.
You should have 3 GCSEs at Grade C or above (or equivalent) including English Language.
This post is available on a fixed-term contract, for an initial 4-year period. Professional Services work in line with the University of Liverpool hybrid policy, typically working 60% of their time on campus.
Unfortunately, this role is not eligible for sponsorship under the skilled worker route, you will therefore need to demonstrate your own right to work in the UK.
