**Job Type**: Full Time & Permanent

**Salary**: up to £31,043.29

**Shift Pattern**: 24/7 shift pattern - A 4 on 4 off continuous shift pattern. Average of 42 hours per week.

**About the Role**
- Operate standard machinery at a basic level - full training provided.
- Ensure the effective running of production and packaging lines.
- Complete quality checks and record results, reporting any non-conformances.
- Work as part of a team to ensure the site is audit-ready at all times.
- Contribute to meeting team and company-wide production targets, which make a real difference to our business and our customers.

**What are your daily tasks as a Multi-skilled Process Operative?**
- Operate standard Process machinery - full training provided.
- Making up of products manually as well as automated
- Ensure the effective running of the Process Plant and successfully delivering product to the Production area.
- Off-loading of tankers and receiving of raw materials into the Process area.
- Complete quality checks, accurately record results, reporting any non-conformances.
- Ability and behaviours to work to strict guidelines and standards.
- Basic sampling of products and materials through the use of lab testing equipment.
- Work as part of a team to ensure that your area and the site is audit-ready at all times.
- Contribute to meeting team and company-wide process targets, which make a real difference to our business and our customers.

**About You**

- Be comfortable working to targets.
- Have previous experience of working within a Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) manufacturing environment - preferred but not essential.
