**About the Role**

We’re expanding across Kent & Bexley and are searching for an experienced detailer/valeter who wants to take ownership of their craft and represent a premium brand.

**As a Mobile Car Detailing Technician, you will**:

- Travel to customer homes and workplaces in a fully equipped company van
- Deliver high-quality valets and detailing packages (interior, exterior, full valets, enhancements)
- Follow our Elite Shine process and training standards to guarantee consistency
- Provide excellent customer service, explain services, and upsell where relevant
- Collect reviews and build strong relationships with repeat clients
- Maintain equipment, stock, and van cleanliness to Elite Shine Valet standards

This role offers independence, responsibility, and the chance to directly grow your income through commission and bonuses.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Age 18+
- Full UK driving licence (manual vehicle experience required)
- Previous car detailing/valeting experience preferred (training provided for Elite methods)
- A reliable, self-motivated worker who takes pride in their craft
- Excellent attention to detail and high standards
- Professional, respectful, and customer-focused
- Ability to work independently and consistently without supervision
