- Manage and supervise the housekeeping team, including training, development and Rota management
- Develop and implement cleaning procedures to maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the hotel
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to company standards
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient delivery of services
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed
- Handle guest complaints or concerns related to housekeeping services
- Maintain a safe working environment for staff by enforcing safety policies and procedures

Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel Supervisory is required
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations and procedures
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional service

**Salary**: From £24,564.00 per year
