We are looking for an experienced Speech and Language Therapist to join our Children's Autism Multidisciplinary Assessment Team in Cornwall to cover a maternity leave. The team is made up of AHPs nurses and psychologists with access to paediatrics and psychiatry as needed.

The post would be available for 12 months in the first instance.We are looking ideally for someone who has experience in this field including carrying out ADOS assessments and interviewing parents.

The team works across the county providing diagnostic assessments to children and young people from 5-18 years of age. We work along side the neuro-developmental assessment team, CAMHs,the adult assessment team and the wider services providing support both before and after an assessment.

We provide regular supervision and CPD opportunities for all the team They meet regularly via teams at present to undertake diagnostic discussion and hope to be able to return to face to face meetings soon.
