**Job Opportunity**
**You will work as part of our Payroll team within Mountain Healthcare and will support the Payroll Manager.**
**Tasks will include but are not limited to**:
**General**
- ** Assist the payroll manager with the end to end payroll process, which includes starters, leavers, SMP/SSP/SAP, P45's P60's, HMRC calculations, pensions and benefits.**:
- **Dealing with staff queries, maintain compliant policies and procedures.**
**Using RotaMaster (payroll administration system)**
- ** Inputting data**:
- ** Reviewing and approving claims**:
- ** Update and maintain system guidance (training will be given)**
**Webexpenses administration (mileage and expenses system)**
- ** Creating user's profiles**:
- ** Reviewing and approving/rejecting claims within the expense policy**:
- ** Process monthly payments**
**Office Management/Administration**
- **Health and Safety**:
- ** Building access**:
- ** Parking**:
- ** Facilities**:
- ** General maintenance**:
- ** Dealing with post/deliveries**
**We are looking for someone who is organised and has experience of using Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent levels of literacy, mathematical and accuracy are essential in order to be successful in this role along with high level communication skills and the ability to manage workloads.**
**Successful applicants will ideally live within easy reach of Stevenage and hold a full driving license with access to transport. The post-holder is required to work Monday - Friday 9am-5pm with some flexibility to travel to MHL locations. The role is based in the Stevenage office but generally operates on a mixture of office & home based working.**

- ** Advance Mathematical skills**:

- ** GCSE Maths grade C or above**:
- ** Sage Payroll experience**
