A welcoming and nurturing primary school in **Horsham**is seeking a caring and committed **SEN Teaching Assistant**to support a child in **Reception**with additional needs. This is a **2-day-a-week role**(Tuesday and Thursday), ideal for someone passionate about early years and SEN support.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Providing 1:1 support to a child with special educational needs
- Supporting emotional regulation, communication, and engagement in learning
- Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement tailored strategies
- Creating a safe, inclusive, and encouraging environment

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Experience working with children with SEN (especially in EYFS) is desirable
- A calm, patient, and nurturing approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- DBS required (or willingness to obtain one)
