**Your Role**
The role will be instrumental in shaping Progress Lifeline’s (PL) digital analytics function. You will collaborate closely with the team, providing analysis and reporting to facilitate informed decision-making.
You will be responsible for transforming the reporting function across Progress Lifeline and enhancing reporting capabilities across all operational and business-led functions. Ensuring data integrity and generating accurate, data-driven insights and analysis will help develop initiatives that lead to service improvements, cost-effectiveness, and enriched sector understanding for Lifeline and its stakeholders to meet contractual requirements.
You will analyse complex datasets and support data-driven decision-making processes across Progress Lifeline.
As a Data & Reporting Lead, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing a comprehensive data strategy for our technology-enabled care services.
This role is responsible for analysing, interpreting and presenting the data supplied by our Business Intelligence experts in Digital Services or by extracting data from our self-serve systems, such as Power Platform/Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
**What We Are Looking For**
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- University degree or equivalent experience with a strong focus on data analysis
- Advanced Excel knowledge
- Experienced in data extraction, manipulation, and visualisation
- Ability to analyse complex data and information to inform processes, strategies and work priorities
