Customer Support Advisor
Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Customer Support Advisor to join a manufacturing company based in Totton, Southampton. This is a full time, permanent position.
- Improve work effort through an effective time and resources.
- Investigate customer's problems. This will include providing quality, factual and accurate replies, and escalating customer queries.
- Consistently improve knowledge of technologies developed by the company
- Identify growing problems and pass this information across to the attention of the team manager or to the next level of technical support
- Propose knowledge support articles for all members of the team to utilise
- Ensure clear communications is made between the company and its customers
- Ensure ISO procedures are observed
- Support the marketing department during the organisation and execution of shows when required
- Assist with other duties requested by the Manager
Requirements as a Customer Support Advisor:
- Previous experience in Customer Service, preferably inbound calls or in a technical support area
- Excellent telephone manner and organisational skills
- Strong computer skills, especially in all Microsoft packages.
- Experience of MAC and CRM systems would be desirable
- An interest in gadgets and technology, as well as outdoor and fitness pursuits.
A bit more information:
- Monday to Friday 8:30am - 17:30pm with 1 hour for lunch
- Full training will be provide based on the company's products and systems
- Hybrid working after passing 6-month probation review (3 days working in the office and 2 days working from home)
- Salary is £22,500 per annum
