**The Role**:
As a Financial Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the finance team with administrative and accounting duties. You will ensure the smooth processing of financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and assist with reporting requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Processing invoices, payments, and expenses in a timely manner
- Managing sales and purchase ledger
- Reconciling bank, client and supplier accounts
- Daily cash posting
- Assisting with the preparation of financial reports and statements
- Maintaining accurate records of financial transactions and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
- Handling client and supplier queries related to payments, receipts and ledger balances
- Ad-hoc queries and analysis

**Skills, Knowledge and Expertise**:

- Demonstratable experience working in a financial administration or accounts assistant role for an internal finance department
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
