**About this role**

This role sits in the PlusNet marketing team and will be crucial to supporting and shaping the market propositions our value brand offers. You be supporting the team across the whole portfolio of fixed and mobile propositions, helping shape how our propositions need to change and develop to meet our customers needs over the next 3-5 years. You will work with multiple stakeholders across both PlusNet and wider Consumer teams to ensure we’re maximising the potential of our propositions, constantly optimising performance and putting in place fixes when improvements or changes are needed.

**You'll have the following responsibilities**
- Supports in the delivery of the proposition strategy for PlusNet across the whole portfolio.
- Assists in the maintenance of propositions and pricing designs and plans through analysis of market condition, competitor pricing and product sales performance.
- Own propositional projects, including defining, delivering and managing the working processes to support proposition.
- Supports bringing new propositions to market (eg FTTP, All IP) and evolving existing customer propositions.
- Supports in analysing insight to develop and refine PlusNet's customer propositions.
- Assists in the development of business cases to maximise the value of PlusNet's propositions
- Contributes to communications with sales, online, marketing and legal to ensure propositions are communicated and executed effectively.

**You'll have the following skills & experience**
- **Commercial and analytical experience**: able to develop business cases, understanding pricing and product strategy
- **Business expertise**: ability to develop proposition with strong story telling capability
- **Stakeholder management**: influencing at manager level
- Any marketing and commercial experience
- Any experience in proposition development will be an advantage
