Are you a dynamic, creative person and believe in supporting children with SEND needs achieve positive outcomes and resilience within families.
Within the Children and Families Disability Team we have created an exciting opportunity to support Children and Families. Are you passionate about working with children and families and have the motivation and enthusiasm to support this new role of a SEND Children and Families Disability Support Worker.
This post has been created to work as a Practitioner for families and children who have a range of SEND needs to support within the home, increase resilience within the family and improve outcomes for our children. As a service we are growing and supporting children and family’s city wide and working in partnership with our parents’ children and partners in education and health to support provide resilience and promote multi agency work. This post will involve working outside normal office hours.
