This particular vacancy sits within Distribution Team of easyJet holidays. We’re an ambitious bunch and have big plans but we’re on the look out for some additional hands. That’s where you come in - join us as a Head of Distribution and help us build a world class team. **JOB PURPOSE** The role is Head of Distribution, leading and managing the performance of our offline 3rd party distribution and sales contact centre. This role will be key in continuing to develop, maintain and support the strategic, commercial, and technical relationships across all our retail trade partners. This role is accountable for the performance of the overall retail trade strategy to ensure the performance targets and growth are achieved. **JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES** **> **Responsibility for creating, owning, and implementing the 5-year plan for retail sales in line with desired growth of the tour operator. **> **Ownership and accountability of all retail trade partnerships including product ownership of B2B front end. **> **Continued development of retail trade relationships with goal of becoming tour operator partner of choice **> **Drive commercial performance of all retail trade partners recognizing short - and long-term opportunities and risks to reaching performance targets and identifying necessary mitigation where applicable **> **Provide the commercial team with trade feedback and suggestions to improve business performance **> **Work closely with commercial team to ensure that interests of retail trade distribution are optimized whilst not conflicting the overall tour operator plan. **> **Responsibility for outsourced sales contact centre. Ensuring account management, performance management and planning resource levels. **> **Leadership and management of current team of three people **> **Ensure we are effectively communicating the easyJet holidays proposition through presentations and training to our key retail trade partners and thereby developing awareness of the easyJet holidays brand. **> **Ownership of retail trade marketing plan to support delivery of financial targets.
