Effluent Operator

Job Introduction
Come and join us We currently have an exciting/permanent opportunity for an** Effluent Operator **to join our team in Willand, Devon.
- This post is working **days and afternoons.**:

- The hours of work and shift patterns are; rotating shifts of **06:00 to 14:00 and 14:00 to 22:00. (Monday to Friday) There is also a requirement to work on Saturday and Sunday every third weekend.**:

- The rate of pay is**: £13.20 per hour**

Main Responsibilities
As an Effluent Operator, your main responsibilities will include:

- Day to day running of the effluent plant
- Testing of effluent discharge and maintaining accurate records of tests
- Assisting engineering staff with routine maintenance
- Stock control and ordering of chemicals
- Clearing blocked drains in the factory
- Good organisational skills with a flexible and systematic approach to work
- Good communication skills with spoken and written English
- Full driving license

Experience working with chemicals and/or in a food manufactoring/similar environment would be an advantage but is not essential as full training will be provided.
