We have an exciting opportunity for a **Mill Services Operative.**

**This is a full-time position working on a 4-shift pattern**

**4 days on (06:00-18:00) followed by 4 days off & 4 nights on (18:00-06:00) followed by 4 days off.**

Higher Kings Mill is a large paper manufacturer and all our finished products, that are made predominantly for the filing and educational market, are 100% recyclable and made using recycled materials that are sustainably sourced.

Situated in Cullompton (EX15 1QJ), the company has a long standing tradition and appreciation for long term business relations with our customers, and has been in operation since 1757.

**The Salary**: £26,500 - £27,500 pa

**The Role**:
As a Mill Services Operative, you will learn an array of skills to respond to a range of activities to help maintain the efficiency of our effluent treatment plant. Full training will be provided to perform these activities, such as;
- Operating the effluent treatment plant
- Carrying out sufficient checks to ensure efficient operation and mínimal disruption to the manufacturing of paper making
- Carrying out effluent treatment plant tests in accordance with our environmental policies.
- Support the Environmental Manager & Technician to fulfil their responsibilities
