**Position**: Spares Order Processing Operative
**Salary**: £22,000 annually
**Location**: Stockton-on-Tees, TS17, UK

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Product Knowledge**: Learn and understand Dabico’s wide range of products and services.
- **Administrative Duties**: Manage the creation of sales and purchase orders within our ERP system.
- **Warehouse Operations**: Handle the inspection of incoming goods, stock control, packing, and dispatch.
- **Logistics Coordination**: Ensure seamless communication with suppliers and internal teams to support business objectives.
- **Policy Promotion**: Develop and promote policies and strategies in line with Dabico’s business goals, maintaining professional integrity.

**Required Skills and Knowledge**:

- Strong verbal, written, and numerical skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities.
- Valid forklift license.
- Ability to perform well under pressure and meet objectives.

**Working Conditions**:

- Split between office and warehouse environments.
- Flexibility to exceed standard office hours when necessary.

**Performance Standards**:

- Meet and exceed set targets and company requirements.
- Maintain timely and efficient work practices.

**Systems and Equipment**:

- Proficient use of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and ERP systems.
