**Who Are We?**

GivEnergy is a manufacturer of electronic equipment designed to manage energy use and production. We specialise in our range of inverters and battery systems which have been developed to negate the need for costly infrastructure upgrades in Low Voltage areas. Our systems use intelligent algorithms to peak shave and make the most of ToU and economy 7 tariffs as well as storing excess
- generated power from solar, wind etc to maximise self-consumption.

**What you’ll be doing**:
This is a new role, so whilst there are a number of key tasks you’ll be responsible for, we envision you making this position your own. You’ll be the primary contact for our distributors, and the relationships you grow and nourish will be the lasting impression our clients hold of us. Day to day, you’ll be:

- The point of contact for our distributors and suppliers as they place orders and you arrange payment.
- Responsible for the management of import and exports world-wide.
- Managing 3rd party delivery companies and relevant paperwork and computing systems.
- Managing incoming invoicing and crediting to ensure accounts balance via Xero.
- Purchasing/order forecasting.
- Assisting (when required) to ensure orders are picked, packed and sent out in-line with order specification.
- Using computer systems to arrange product deliveries and collections.

- Excellent spelling and grammar with high attention to detail
- Flexible and adaptable to change in order to drive the business forward
- Ability to work under pressure and to some tight deadlines
- A can-do attitude
- Willingness to go above and beyond to provide the best possible customer service
- A strong communicator both internally and externally
- A willingness to learn, and keep learning
- Ability to prioritise and manage your time effectively

Experience of Xero would be beneficial, but is not required.

Schedule: Like the great Dolly Parton sang, we’re working 9 to 5 Monday - Friday, with occasional weekend coverage (37.5 hours per week). You’ll always know when you’re working, no shifts here
