**Job Description**:
HR Administrator required for my client based in Livingston. This role is exclusive to Pertemps HR and is offering a competitive salary and benefit package. You will support the HR team in a range of administration tasks, so diligence is of the upmost importance.
Your day will be varied and will include:
- First point of contact to employees with HR related queries- Support the recruitment process from advertising to onboarding- Produce offer letters and contracts, including right to work checks- Updating of HR systems and conduct monthly audit checks- Work closely with payroll- Record all absences (including holidays)- Assist with the administration of employee benefits- Data analysing of monthly reports- Support with arrangement of social events, including long service awards- Support with catering requirements for visitors and training- Organise employee travel- Other duties as required by the HR teamIf you possess the above experience, can travel to Livington daily, then do not hesitate to reach out to Evelyn Costello at Pertemps Glasgow office for full role profile.
