This is an exciting role working in a team of collative thinkers. Developing relationships with internal and external stakeholders, in this highly visible and rewarding role.
You will be responsible for partnering with the business area senior management team in developing and implementing the resilience and continuity framework tools and methodologies, enabling the business to identify, assess and where appropriate, mitigate itsmajor operational resilience exposures.
A senior contributor role within CRCO accountable for embedding effective operational resilience and continuity management practices and standards, ensuring the business understands and owns its resilience and continuity profile.
**The difference you'll make.**:

- Advising senior leadership teams or asset group owners to support, challenge and influence decision making
- Ensuring that business areas accurately maintain and update their Integrated Service Taxonomy and asset group owners maintain and update their supporting assets
- Ensuring IBS Owners/ Asset Owners/Pillar Owners have appropriate control testing schedules for all critical processes, challenging the feasibility of remediation plans, and delivering improvements through lessons learned
- Using specialist knowledge of Operational Resilience and related policies, standards, and controls to identify service risks and propose workable solutions to mitigate or reduce resilience risks
- Leading the development of Important Business Services recovery plans in line with regulatory requirements

**What you'll bring.**:

- Background of IT/Cyber within operational business area role or operational risk

**It would also be nice for you to have.**:

- An understanding of risk and controls within the Bank
- Ability to build collaborative working relationships
- Able to present complex information in a simplified and engaging style
- Strong interpersonal skills - able to persuade, influence and challenge at all levels using a range of approaches to achieve deliverables

This role is currently hybrid working, location National/Remote.
