Dorbiere Ltd is looking to recruit a proven Pub Manager/Management Team to run our newly refurbished White Lion Pub & Kitchen.
The White Lion Pub & Kitchen has just undergone a half million-pound refurbishment. We are at the heart of the community and strive for excellence in our service. We currently offer great food, cocktails, sky sports and entertainment. We’re looking for a GeneralManager to take this town centre pub and kitchen to the next level.

Having been part of local communities since 1979, Dorbiere is a pub and leisure group with a portfolio of community pubs, country inns and student bars throughout the Northeast, North West and Midlands.
Our premises reflect our values of quality, value, and service, and all thrive on being at the heart of the community in which they are based.
**Job Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Overall responsibility to ensure the smooth running and operations of the pub and kitchen
- Overseeing the Front of House teams and ensuring efficient running of the bar including ensuring the best quality of food and drink is served by trained and knowledgeable staff as well as recruitment and training where necessary
- Stock control, dealing with cash and account transactions including budgeting, margin management and achieving financial targets
- Day-to-day management of the pub
- Creating and implementing ideas to ensure business growth and driving sales and footfall
- Maintaining a high level of attentive customer service at all times and promoting the highest standards of hospitality
- Promoting and marketing the business
