We're an award-winning independent pub, runner-up twice for CAMRA's Pub of the Season, with our sights firmly set on taking home more awards next year. We host two beer festivals a year, and our focus is on serving exceptional drinks, perfectly kept and perfectly poured. We don't serve food often, (Just Pub Grub Club Monday's) but we're always working on new ideas and projects, and we love people who want to be part of shaping what's next.

This role is ideal for someone who's looking to build a career in hospitality, someone who wants to understand what makes a great pub tick. You'll be joining a small, friendly team where you'll learn to run the bar, manage the cellar, take pride in presentation, and, most importantly, be part of the daily rhythm that makes a pub feel like home for our regulars.

What we're looking for:

 A genuine interest in people, pubs, and beer (you don't need to know everything, just

want to learn).

 Someone who takes pride in doing things properly; every pint matters.

 Comfortable working independently and using initiative.

 Enthusiastic about being part of a small team and growing with us.

 Experience in hospitality or pubs is great, but life experience counts too. If you've

learned how to read a room, stay calm under pressure, or make people feel

welcome, tell us about it.
