Our client, a leading study abroad provider, is recruiting for a Head of Student Affairs to manage a variety of non-academic student affairs. This is being offered on a permanent basis, to start as soon as possible, and will involve hybrid working.
The purpose of this role is to manage all non-academic student matters including student wellbeing, housing and general support for their study abroad experience. The postholder will head up the team in charge of handling such matters, allocating projectsthroughout the year, as well as responding to student emergencies and managing staff training. You will oversee the provision of student wellness support, the organisation of housing and serve as a mentor for students where needed. As a varied role, the HSAwill also provide administrative and operation leadership and project manage required programmes.
In order to be considered for this post, you will have experience in a similar management position, ideally supporting students in an education setting. With excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage a varied workload, you will have the abilityto liaise with stakeholders at all levels and provide administrative leadership.
