Goadsby are looking for a highly motivated **Sales and Lettings Negotiator/Trainee** to complement our successful team in Salisbury.

**You will receive**:

**As a Sales Negotiator you will**:

- play a key part in helping buyers to find the right property
- work with your vendors providing support throughout the sales process
- be involved in initial marketing, generating and conducting viewings, negotiating offers and progressing sales through to completion.

**As a Lettings Negotiator you will**:

- generate and book lettings valuations
- manage the applicant list and conduct property viewings
- liaise with tenants and landlords, progressing lets through to completion

**The successful applicant will**:

- be a team player with the ability to work well under pressure
- be resilient and detail oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

**A full driving licence is essential.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
