Salary: OTE £35,000 per annum

We are seeking an experienced residential Lettings Negotiator for a role with a residential Sales and Lettings Agency in Salisbury.

This role is ideal for an ambitious salesperson looking to expand their experience in property lettings. You will work closely with the Lettings Manager, receiving on-the-job training and opportunities for career growth.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

  • Book and attend property viewings
  • Promote additional services and maximise sales opportunities
  • Canvass for new business and generate leads
  • Deliver excellent customer service to clients at every stage
  • Maintain accurate records and manage client communications
  • Work closely with the Lettings Manager to support team objectives 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

  • Experience in the lettings industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of customer service and professional presentation
  • Ambitious, self-motivated, and target-driven
  • Good telephone manner
  • Full UK driving licence and own car
