**Head of Digital Channels**

**Role Profile**

RICS’ global membership and customer base engage with us across a diverse range of digital channels and touchpoints. Our objective is to ensure the right content reaches the right audience on the right channel at the perfect moment, and our Head of Digital Channels will be central in making sure that happens.

Supporting a wide range of different organisational stakeholders to develop and deliver effective omni-channel marketing and communications campaigns, this role will be pivotal in ensuring we deliver on our organisational objectives and commitments to our membership.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage a dedicated and diverse team of channel specialists by introducing common objectives with a key focus on achieving alignment and integration using different motivational levers.
- Develop robust operating frameworks and design KPI’s driving high performing and consistent digital channel delivery activity
- Be the primary agent for digital channels within the organisation by advocating for an omnichannel approach, identifying and implementing best practice, and actively promoting digital channels to the business
- Deliver a strategic omni-channel marketing and communications plan that drives global engagement and is scalable across different business units and markets
- Accountable for delivering increased engagement by working alongside key stakeholders to collectively identify and agree strategy
- Work closely with cross-functional marketing teams, creative, media, user experience and analytics teams to build and optimise campaign delivery plans of multi-channel, compliant campaigns that engage members and customers across all products and stages within the marketing and sales funnels
- In close collaboration with key stakeholders, develop and deliver an optimisation and experimentation programme to drive direct revenue impact and increased engagement scores
- Support a variety of business units to enable strategic alignment, assets and standards to ensure a consistent visual execution, brand voice, experience and compliant channel presence
- Supported by channel specialists, leverage the technology stack to provide marketing automation benefits for the organisation
- Develop and lead on continuous updates, best practice and maintenance, including adherence with internal, regulatory and compliance requirements
- Analyse and optimise on lower-funnel metrics to ensure campaign ROI improves as it scales.

**Experience / Skills Required**
- At least 10 years in a senior, strategic marketing role
- Demonstrable experience in shaping and defining team structure, process and measurement for impactful results
- Great leadership skills and expertise at co-ordinating teams
- Be familiar with current guidelines, privacy and regulation globally
- Change management
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Adobe working experience is an advantage
- Strong stakeholder management across all levels
- Strong communication and organisation skills, attention to detail, and ability to autonomously prioritise multiple requests from various stakeholders.

**Salary**: £65,000.00-£75,000.00 per year
