About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join us as an hourly paid Carpentry & Joinery Training Adviser. The Training Adviser is responsible for a caseload of learners participating in training. Training Advisers contribute to the design and delivery of learning programmes and assessments, to enable participants to successfully achieve their qualifications to include full Apprenticeship standards. Training Advisers liaise closely with Employers and have a key role in developing learners to achieve their learning goals and inspiring them to overcome barriers.

Minimum Level 3 or equivalent in Carpentry & Joinery. Functional Skills.Practical occupational experience as required by Code of Practice and relevant awarding bodies.

Proven track record of consistently achieving performance targets.Previous experience of working with apprentices would be desirable.
