KS3/4 Teaching Assistant (Challenging Behaviour) - Liverpool
Are you an experienced teaching assistant with a strong background with behaviour management?
I am currently recruiting for a Secondary School based in Liverpool that are seeking to appoint an experienced behavioural management teaching assistant for their pupils who have challenging behaviour. The post is to start as soon as possible with potentialto stay for the next academic year if the school feel you are the correct fit.
For this role you will be involved in the full time support of pupils who portray challenging behaviour, therefore experience with managing tough situations and working with children who require additional needs in the classroom is essential and beneficial.You will be focusing on a small group of children to ensure they have the attention necessary to help so they can reach their full potential.
You will be working for a lovely school, where staff members are able to know each child individually and uniquely. The successful TA will be nurturing, patient and will genuinely want to make a difference.
