Ranked in the top 25 best service companies to work for in the UK, we now have an opportunity for a Fire-safety Surveyor working within our Pre-Construction team.

**Key Aspects of the role**
- Carrying out fire door surveys & fire stopping and fire compartmentation surveys to enable project teams to accurately price and plan remedial works
- Carrys out surveys in line with BM Trada and Harmony Methodology Scroll procedures
- Accurately record all activities on Simpro including capturing photos and updating asset records
- Make changes to surveying and related activities based on client requirements
- To provide informal advice to clients fire officers and maintenance surveyors to ensure opportunities to improve fire safety are not missed and that basic awareness of fire stopping/fire door principles are understood
- When requested audit on completion of any remedial works by project teams to ensure original work scope has been achieved and that all works have been**done in**accordance with relevant technical guidance from manufacturers and accreditation bodies
- Attend all necessary team meetings set by the Pre-Construction Manager
- Maximise property access through using best practise Harmony methods
- Work collaboratively with Pre-Construction Assistants to maximise the utilisation of quantity and the quality of surveys in a day
- Complete any necessary health and safety documentation and follow safe RAMS and permits to work
- Has a detailed, accurate and 'do it right first time' attitude
- Confident with excellent interpersonal skills and aims to get great residential testimonials

**Key Requirements**
- Full UK Driving license.
- Confident and outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Etc.)
- Good time management and ability to cope with pressure and manage own workload and work to deadlines.
- Willingness to learn, act with integrity and work as a team player.
- Motivated and enthusiastic individual with positive can-do attitude
