**About Us**

Kingdom Housing Association provides housing and support throughout East Central Scotland. Our Asset Management team manage, maintain and invest in our property assets to make sure that our properties provide attractive, good quality homes for our residents and future customers.

**About the Role**

To work as part of the Compliance Team for the Asset Management Department ensuring gas and electrical compliance as well as arranging planned maintenance replacement works to our properties. This includes:

- Compliance and planned maintenance scheduling on appointments
- Co-ordinating and planning compliance and planned works.
- Invoice Processing
- Updating and maintaining records in line with the Scottish Social Housing Charter (ARC)
- Liaising with tenants and operatives/external contractors on a regular basis
- Prioritising and cross referencing data from multiple sources/systems

**About You**

We are looking for a team player who has the ability to prioritise and manage a varied team/individual workload. You will have a high attention for accuracy and attention to detail with experience in customer service. You will also have strong IT skills and experience using Total Mobile software would be beneficial but not essential.

You will be required to complete a satisfactory Basic Police Act Disclosure Scotland check.
