Up and coming fashion brand are looking for a Creative Social Media Exec to drive their socials to the next level** **This is a full-time position based in our Manchester HQ, with the option for hybrid and working from home. With a friendly, fun atmosphere and the chance to progress your career as the company’s success grows. We are looking for an imaginative and innovative individual who understands the power of content and social media.

**The Role**
- You will be working directly with our Marketing Manager and be a part of a dynamic and high performing team.
- Coordinate and schedule content across all social media channels including Instagram, TikTok, Threads and other relevant platforms. With a focus on video content for TikTok and Reels
- Bring creative and out-of-the box TikTok and social content ideas each week and be in the know on social media and pop culture trends
- Work alongside the relevant teams to publish all content to channels on a daily basis in line with Marketing & Trade calendars whilst being flexible with regards to product and promotional changes Working with the Marketing Manager to implement a full social strategy in line with campaign and collection launches
- Helping with photoshoots, understanding the role this content can play into our overall strategy Creating social first content by capturing BTS, Instagram reels, TikToks and styling videos on photoshoots
- Continuously monitor UGC from influencers, micro-influencers & fan community, selecting the key posts for approval & inclusion of social calendar
- Ensure we have regular communication with our audience through community management
- Constantly looking at new creative ideas and trends for content
- Plan and implement out-of-the-box ideas in ways to engage with our customer and drive traffic to the website
- To monitor and analyse market, brand and competitor performance/activity and proactively recommend changes
- Work closely with our graphic designer to create engaging visual content for platform
- Coming up with out-of-this-world ideas for social posts and competitions, keeping an eye on competitors to ensure we are leading in our market

**Requirements**:

- Experience within a Social Media Role ideally within Fashion or beauty
- You’re energetic, creative and proactive with an understanding and love for the creative & fashion industry with the ideas to take the brand above any competitors
- Not afraid to be in front of the camera
- Love styling yourself and others in up to date trend
