Catering Supervisor

Job Introduction
As a **Catering **Supervisor** at Sodexo in **Hereford County Hospital**, you will be responsible for overseeing all service aspects of our catering operations and will need to be an excellent leader who can motivate a team in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. You will require excellent communication and organisational skills as well as strong attention to detail. **What you’ll do**:

- Manage staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Coordinate with planners to ensure all catering needs are met
- Set-up and breakdown events, ensuring equipment and supplies are accounted for
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve and issues raised
- You will ensure that Health and Safety regulations (such as Food safety, Allergen awareness, COSHH and HACCP regulations) are always adhered to.

**What you bring**:

- Previous experience in a supervisor position
- Highly professional manner and understanding that honesty and ethics are essential
- Cheerful outlook and ability to communicate with co-workers and other departments with professionalism and respect
- Computer literacy / Administration skills
- A willingness to learn
