This specialist school in Reading are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate individual to join their team and provide support for their children in the best possible way, helping them to build more independent futures. **Their large team all work closely together ensuring the children are moving forward and making life-changing progress. Prior relevant experience would be highly beneficial.**This is an fantastic opportunity for recent graduates looking to further their knowledge in the psychology of Special Needs students or an individual looking to work in the criminal justice system.

- **Mental Health Support Assistant**

A positive, enthusiastic individual who is able to bring prior knowledge and experience to the classroom is exactly what this school is looking for. The children at such school require a supportive teaching assistant who is open-minded and is able to adaptto different situations. With SEN widely varying, the children have many different needs, which should always be a priority. Suitable experience from working with either SEN children or adults is greatly beneficial. A minimum of Level 3 qualifications or equivalentis required, with a degree being most desirable.

This SEN school are looking for a confident, dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants who are enthusiastic and passionate about their input into a child's education. Ideally, the successful SEN Teaching Assistant will have excellent behaviour management skillsand desirably some form of restraint training.
