A further opportunity has arisen with our outstanding and growing client in Cardiff, who are looking to recruit a Project Coordinator into their busy and diverse Project Management team.

The company continue to see year on year growth, and this is a unique opportunity to join a team who are expanding rapidly, with plenty of opportunity to grow with them.

As Project Coordinator, you will assist the project managers to plan and manage resources for large client projects. You will also assist in leading the administration team, ensuring all projects are administered to highest quality level, and that all customersare serviced to the highest levels of satisfaction.

Role Profile:

- Plan equipment installations at customer sites in conjunction with project service managers to ensure full functionality of projects.
- Co-ordinate site meetings throughout the project.
- Maintain and update the Company's internal system with the project services data to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain and update project calendar to ensure an accurate and current picture of projects is available at all times.
- Maintain the project log, to keep active schedules accurate and liaise with 3rd parties if schedules change.
- Liaise with customers to ensure open communication channels, keeping customers informed and ensure their needs are met.
- Plan, allocate and control project resources i.e. sub-contractors, suppliers etc. and highlight any issues to the Project Manager.
- Be the point of contact for sub-contract engineers in conjunction with third parties.
- Purchase all necessary equipment and arrange delivery to site.
- Ensure sub-contract engineers adhere to company health and safety procedures.
- Responsible for the completion of all necessary documentation throughout the project.

Person Spec:

- Good level of education (GCSE Math's & English).
- Good planning and organisational skills.
- Excellent project coordination experience.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Highly developed interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with clients and suppliers.
- Effective time management skills, able to work to deadlines.
- Experience of liaising with 3rdparty suppliers and sub-contractors would be highly desirable.
