- Job description**The Role**:
We are seeking Tech Recruiters to join our Projects Talent Acquisition Team. As part of the integral Tech Talent Solutions team you will be dedicated to our well known, global clients supporting them with digital and tech based projects across new product launches, geographical expansion and M&A's.

This role can be based anywhere in the CEE region.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Client Relationship Management - Conduct interactions with clients in a timely, professional and responsive manner
- Identify & communicate continuous improvement opportunities and strategies
- Conduct role briefing with client and set expectations for recruitment process
- Process Management & Sourcing
- Follow agreed client recruitment process for recruitment delivery
- Effectively communicate position opportunity and client value proposition
- Delivering to contractual SLAs and KPIs, ensuring project documents and engagements are complete and updated in a timely manner

**Required Skills**:

- Full cycle recruitment knowledge, developing and executing sourcing methodologies to include market mapping, recruitment strategies and Boolean searches
- Client facing experience interacting with Hiring Managers throughout the recruitment process
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to build strong relationships at different levels within an organization
- Experience conducting competency/behavioral based interviews
- Applicant Tracking System experience
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and prioritize different needs and plans to accommodate a broad range of stakeholders and responsibilities
- Previous Tech Recruitment Experience is essential
- English plus either Polish/Romanian/Slovak/Hungarian as a required languages
