Our client is a growing Tech recruitment firm with an established track record of servicing the IT needs of their clients from their London and Barcelona locations. **Position Overview**:
As a Recruiter based in London, you will play a pivotal role in the thriving organisation. You will have roles to work from day one. You will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and engaging top-tier talent within the European tech sector, primarily focusing on mid to senior-level positions. In this role, you will collaborate closely with clients and internal stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and deliver exceptional recruitment solutions.

**Responsibilities**
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients on a particular market (in terms of tech and geographic area)
- Approaching and building report with potential client prospects
- Developing market knowledge and participating to industry events
- Understanding client needs and taking recruitment requirements from a client
**Requirements & Qualifications**:

- At least 18 months experience in a 360 recruitment role
- Fluent in English
- UK Citizenship or work permit
- Sales mindset and interest for technology
- Strong organization and time-management skills
- Self-motivation and can-do attitude
- Experience working the tech markets in; Belgium, France, Germany or the Netherlands
- Additional language is a plus

**Salary**: Up to £50,000.00 per year
