**Customer Services Administrator**

We are looking for a talented individual to join our Customer Services team.

You will work as a member of the team providing an unrivalled, outstanding service to all internal and external customers.

This is a part time role, 16 hours / week (working **Wednesdays and Thursdays**). As we are a small business flexibility and additional hours will be required to cover holidays and busy periods.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Respond to all customer queries and requests in an accurate and timely manner
- Book in all work received daily using our bespoke database
- Raise and update invoices using the Xero accounts software
- Ensure Customer Records are kept up to date and accurate
- Pro-actively support other team members in the delivery of outstanding Customer Service
- Experience in an Administration / Customer Services role
- Experience in using Microsoft Office package
- Good Organisational and time management skills
- Resourceful and resilient under pressure
- Good data processing skills and excellent attention to detail

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £10.00 per hour
