We have an excellent opportunity for an Sales Operations Graduate at Goodyear

They will be responsible for supporting and assisting the Sales Operations Analyst & Sales Operations Pricing Manager in the daily execution of their duties and will when required deputise for the Sales Operations & Pricing Manager on Sales Operations matters.

There will be a responsibility for collating, maintaining and reporting on the Sales Views of Forecast and their flow from the Channel Managers into the Demand Planning department.

**Principle Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Provide analysis of data and subsequent ABP recommendations to further enhance the demand planning process.
- Review Demand plan touchpoint analyse by SKU and make recommendations to the Sales Operations analyst & Demand planner relative to the customers and the volume/GM of the SKU’s sold and not sold Identifying new opportunities.
- Monthly forecast review by SKU/Season/Brand, in order to align on key sizes vs constraints/back orders & production time lines.
- Support the construction of the AOP and any additional internal and/or regional presentations with data analysis and recommendations.
- Support with the preparation of sales data relevant to the sales incentive plan, ensuring both targets and actuals are captured and reported in a timely matter.

**Skills, Education and Experience**:

- You'll have, or be expecting to achieve a min. 2:1 degree in a business-related discipline.
- Completion of a one-year sandwich degree work placement is desirable.
- An open mind about your career direction coupled with a strong desire to learn and grow within the business.
- GCSE grades 4-9 or C-A* or equivalent in maths and English.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Motivated and proactive self-starters.
- Ability to work well within a team and collaborate cross-functionally.
- Flexibility and initiative coupled with the determination to succeed in a fast paced, challenging environment.
- Strong communication and social skills.
- Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
