Role Description

The Graduate Sales Trainee role at URBAN is a full-time, on-site position based in Birmingham. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers, identifying sales opportunities, and promoting our services. Day-to-day activities include building and maintaining customer relationships, participating in sales training programs, developing sales strategies, and assisting in the management of client accounts. This is an excellent opportunity to develop essential sales and communication skills in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and address their needs
  • Knowledge of Sales and ability to identify opportunities, negotiate, and close deals
  • Experience in Training and Sales Management, or a willingness to learn and support team objectives
  • Proactive attitude, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in a customer-facing or sales role is an advantage but not mandatory
  • Ambition to develop a career in sales and a passion for helping clients achieve their goals
