1. Order Management:

2. Customer Communication:

- Act as the main point of contact for customers regarding order status, changes, or issues.
- Provide clear and professional communication to address queries or resolve complaints.

3. Coordination with Production:

- Communicate order details to production teams, ensuring specifications are correctly translated into manufacturing processes.
- Monitor production schedules to ensure deadlines are met.

4. Stock and Inventory Monitoring:

- Check availability of materials and products needed for customer orders.
- Coordinate with the procurement team for any additional supplies or materials.

5. Documentation and Record-Keeping:

- Maintain accurate records of orders, invoices, and shipping details.
- Prepare documentation for delivery, including packing lists and installation instructions when applicable.

6. Quality Assurance:

- Double-check orders to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with quality control teams to address any discrepancies.

7. Logistics and Delivery Coordination:

- Arrange transportation for completed orders, ensuring delivery deadlines are met.

Skills and Qualifications:

Relevant Experience:
