**Sales Administrator**
Founded in 2002, Sloemotion Distillery is an artisan business creating great tasting spirits and liqueurs. We are based at Green Farm, in the village of Barton-le-Willows, just north of York and near to the market town of Malton, Yorkshire’s food capital.
The business began almost by accident, when a farming initiative to improve wildlife habitats resulted in an abundance of sloes. To Joff Curtoys, an ecologist by training, who had grown up drinking his father’s home-made Sloe Gin, an idea began to take shape and Sloemotion was born.
**Job Summary**
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with an eye for detail to join our team here at Sloemotion Distillery in Barton-Le-Willows.
As our Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for the processing of all sales orders from our customers, collecting credit balances, and resolving customer queries.
The role will report to the Finance Manager and is office based, Monday - Friday, 8.00am - 4.30pm.
Our office has a relaxed feel and environment and therefore we have a smart casual dress code unless meeting with clients and suppliers.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Acting as the main point of contact for all customers.
- Raising sales invoices once we have dispatched orders.
- Responding to queries, questions, and requests for information from Customers.
- Liaising with our dispatch, warehouse team, and couriers to ensure that all orders are fulfilled and to be able to assist in the swift resolution of any issues.
- Assisting with the Marketing and social media for the business, posting / updating pages with our activities, new products and offers as required.
- Supporting other departments of the business with their administration requirements when needed.
**Qualifications and Skills**
- Demonstrable experience of great communication and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with cloud-based sales order and financial processing systems - full training will be given on the packages that we use.
- A good knowledge of excel would also be an advantage.
**Salary and Benefits**
- £19,000 - £22,000 Depending on experience
