One of Swansea’s most iconic brands is currently recruiting for a Graphic Design and Marketing Assistant. Joe’s Ice Cream is a friendly family business who values their staff, is a vibrant and rewarding place to work, encourage development and training and of course make delicious award winning ice cream.

The aim of the role is to provide creative graphic designing working both online and offline across multiple disciplines within Joe's Ice Cream.

The main duties and responsibilities will involve:
**Online Content Creation**
- Create content for social media
- Engage with customers via social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook and Twitter)
- Update company website, including; functional changes, creating content to ensure the website is up to date with new flavours and news within the business
- Liaise with parlours to find monthly news and create monthly newsletter
- Check all brand touchpoints within the parlour and manage all sales POS
- Design bespoke material for wholesale customers
- Manage all branded merchandise

**Offline Content Creation**
- Seasonal Sundae Posters
- Creating 'Golden Ticket' and other competition/prize ideas
- Monitor branding and POS in our 5 Joe's Ice Cream parlours
- Editing allergen/packaging where necessary
- Monitor branding on wholesale accounts

**Essential Person Specifications**
- Graphic design qualified - competent user of illustrator or other digital creative packages
- Wordpress or web management competent
- Social media savvy
- Enjoy taking creative photos for the brand
- Creative mind-set and 'can do' attitude
- Hands on approach - no task too small.
- Team player with the ability to work with people
