**Salary**:£25,000 - £26,000 annually + monthly bonuses
**Location**:Phoenix Way, Swansea Enterprise Park, SA7 9HZ
(This is an in-office role)
**Hours**:37.5 per week, Monday - Friday

**About the Role**

We need a **Graphic Designer** with a passion for advertising, a bold creative streak, and the drive to elevate our brand presence across all platforms.

**What You’ll Do**
- Support concept-to-creation across digital + print campaigns
- Collaborate with our Marketing & Media team to bring bold ideas to life
- Create scroll-stopping visuals for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok
- Ensure brand consistency across all channels
- Stay ahead of design + advertising trends and disrupt the ordinary

**What We’re Looking For**
- Degree in Graphic Design (or related)
- Proven Designer experience (portfolio required)
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Exceptional skills in advertising + campaign design
- Ability to inspire, lead, and innovate
