**JOB TITLE**: Telecoms Operations Support Assistant

**LOCATION**: Bristol office based but with a mixture of home working and site visits

One of the sectors that LSH focuses on is in telecoms where our dedicated consultancy team manage large telecoms portfolios on client property, providing advice on individual site management as well as wider portfolio strategy.

The Telecoms division is a small national team of specialist surveyors in based London & Bristol. We act for a range of prestigious public sector and blue chip landlord clients across the country, including the City of London, BBC, Government Departments, numerous London Boroughs and County Councils.

We maintain strong industry links with all main network operators and infrastructure providers and provide advice on all elements of the telecoms life cycle:

- Site acquisition, negotiation and valuation
- Portfolio analysis and site management
- Structural and electrical assessments
- Lease advisory including upgrades, variations, assignments and rent reviews
- Relocation or removal of operators from sites
- Portfolio negotiation & Asset strategy
- Access Management

**This opportunity**:
We have a requirement for a Operations Support Assistant in the team to provide operational, administrative and project support to the surveying and management team, including managing contractor access to sites, liaising with clients and contractors and assisting with wider telecoms project management.

This is a terrific opportunity for someone currently working in a telecoms or consultancy support position to gain experience in a commercial surveying business. On top of providing support to the Surveying team there will be opportunities to get involved in more technical aspects including lease management, rent reviews and site acquisition.
