Apprentice Estates Surveyor

**Hours**:Permanent/Apprenticeship/ Inc. part time education

Full Time 37.5 hrs per week for age 21 and under

40 Hours per week for over the age of 21

**Salary/Rate **£17,000 - £24000 (All degree fees will be paid by Align Property Services)

Align Property Services is looking for a motivated individual who is keen to learn and is committed to a career in Estates Surveying to join our team in Northallerton.

You will receive full training and it is expected that you will progress to Degree level through day-release to university.

**As an Apprentice Estates Surveyor, you will**:
Develop your skills in conducting inspections, surveys, and valuations with the support of your wider team. You will engage with clients and complete job costings, coordinate assessments and prepare technical specifications. You will have the opportunity tobroaden your knowledge of relevant UK valuation standards, legislative adoptable standards, local authority auditor reporting.

In return, you'll receive a structured apprenticeship program with degree-level progression, weekly day release to university, travel expenses covered, 25 days of annual leave, and opportunities for professional development. **Essential requirements**:

- To meet the UCAS point requirement for the degree associated with the role.
- Minimum 5 GCSE Grades A-C/5-9 including Maths, English and Science and/or
- A Level grades suitable for direct entry onto accredited p/t apprenticeship course
- Be willing to undertake the part time Degree Apprenticeship course.
- Good IT proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Office.
- Good communication skills both written and verbal.
- Hold a full UK driving license, with access to a vehicle would be desirable.

**About the Qualification**:
You will undertake a related Degree Apprenticeship at a local University who offer the course. The course usually takes 4 - 6 years on a part time basis.

Information on the universities that offer the course will be shared in 2025, when the courses have been released by each university.
