Learning & Development Manager

Are you an experienced Learning & Development Manager looking to use your skills and experience to make a difference in an award-winning social enterprise, where their mission is to turn children’s lives around.?
The organisation will look to you as the Learning & Development Manager, to create the people development opportunities, so their employees have the skills and knowledge required to meet both their regulatory requirements and to achieve their personal, operational,and business objectives. You will be motivated by wanting to deliver the best training experience over a wide range of topics, including management development. You will enjoy and have experience of shaping and influencing a nationwide learning offer.
You will be supported by two L&D Coordinators, the Learning Management System, and being an integral part of the wider HR team.
This an opportunity to lead and shape a learning and development service and to make a real difference to their employees’ experience and that of the children they look after.
**Hours**
The Learning & Development Manager role is 37 Hours Per Week
Monday to Thursday 9am -17:00pm Fridays 9am -16:30pm although some flexibility maybe required.
This is Hybrid role - based at Head office in Salisbury for a minimum of two days per week.
